All our prints are freshly made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. However, if your item arrives with a printing defect or damage, we are happy to offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your print has a manufacturing or printing defect, we’ll gladly replace it. Please review the conditions below:

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must report any damaged or defective item within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp,
phone, or email.

Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared with our team for
approval.
●
The item must be in its original condition and packaging when
returned.
●
Customized products are non-replaceable unless
damaged or defective.
●
Items damaged due to mishandling,
water exposure, or incorrect installation are not eligible for replacement.

We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to help you modify or cancel your order when possible. However, because each print is made fresh on demand, cancellations are subject to the terms below:

50% cancellation charge applies if the order
is still in processing and not yet
dispatched.

No cancellation is allowed once the order has
been dispatched or shipped.
